Pet Friendly Apartments in Nashville, Tennessee

The Lexington is a pet friendly community offering your four-legged family member plenty of space to run, play, and relax on our at our nearby parks. Your pet will flourish at Percy Warner park which boasts their very own dog park, located just minutes from  our property.

We offer two pets per apartment home and have no size limit. There is a non-refundable $250 deposit for one pet and $350 for two pets. Our monthly pet rent is $10.
